Prior to joining Spun Gold, Bridget was Director of Programmes at Outline Productions where she developed and executive produced a wide range of programmes for all main UK channels. Before that she was Head of BBC’s Features & Formats department, responsible for many key factual titles including “Crimewatch”, “Rogue Traders” and “Watchdog”. Bridget was appointed Controller of Factual at ITV where she commissioned hours of programming including RTS Award-winning series, “Bad Lads Army” and “Holiday Showdown”. At ITV Studios her newly created Features department gained a reputation for successful popular culture and archive shows like the “100 Greatest… ” brand for Channel Four and the BAFTA-nominated “After They Were Famous” series. She began her career working in the BBC’s youth department in Manchester working on shows such as “Rough Guide to the World” and “Reportage”.
