Gill has spent the last 8 years at Endemol UK, in her role as Executive Producer. She created, developed and sold many formats, including BBC3’s highest rating pre-watershed show ‘Snog, Marry, Avoid?’. All 5 series have sold internationally. In 2010 she also created ‘Hotter than my Daughter’ and ‘Working Girls’ for BBC3, both of which have sold worldwide. In the last 5 years she has created and Exec-Produced formats for BBC2, and Channel 4, including ‘What the Butler Saw’, ‘Home’, and ‘Single Again’.

Prior to Endemol Gill co-founded betty TV. She Exec’d all the output for 4 years across all the major channels, as well as contributing to the branding and business plan for the company. Gill has been involved in producing some of the most memorable TV events in recent years, including the huge BBC hit ‘Before They Were Famous’, and ‘Victoria’s Secrets’, an access documentary with Victoria Beckham which proved to be Channel 4’s highest rating single event in 2000.

Gill joined Spun Gold TV in April 2011.
